The wait is over. The highly anticipated Secret Chef’s second Sri Lankan-inspired street food pop-up is ready for pre-order this July. Be prepared for the culinary journey of a lifetime as The Secret Chef and Chef Adam and Gizem of Dispatch reunite to offer St. Catharines an all-new, original street food experience that draws straight from the Chef’s culinary roots.
This event features three authentic, novel dishes and includes a vegan-friendly option for diners with dietary allergies and preferences. Patio seating and indoor seating is available, and is first-come, first-seated. Drinks will be available for on-site purchase.

CURRIED CHICKEN KOTTU ROTI $15
Grilled and chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, red onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and curry leaves), scrambled eggs, godhambara roti, and curry chicken. Topped with green onion and Sri Lankan ketchup.
DEVILED CHICKPEAS (SHRIMP) $10
Chickpeas tempered with brown mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves, caramelized onions, and dried chilli flakes. Finished with fresh coconut, kunisso (mini shrimp), sambal and fresh lime.
